1. Return Eligibility (3 Days Only)
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
- In the same condition you received it
After 3 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
2. No Refunds for Damaged or Used Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
- The item has been worn, washed, or used
- The item is damaged, stained, or altered
- The original tags or packaging are missing
- Items returned without approval
Such items will be sent back to the customer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale or clearance items
4. Return Process
To start a return:
- Email us at support@kasa.fashion within 3 days of delivery
- Include:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if applicable)
Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Method
If your return is approved and the item passes inspection:
- You will receive exchange.
Cash refunds are not provided.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or store credit.
